Legal support for the disabled in 2016

Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has just issued a plan to implement a policy on legal support for the disabled in 2016.

 

The purposes include strengthening the effectiveness of the policy on legal support for the disabled, boosting propaganda to raise awareness of their rights, promoting legal support and facilitating their access to legal support, especially in civil procedures.

 

Activities are required to follow the support scheme for the disabled, period 2014 – 2020 in Khanh Hoa Province and the Ministry of Justice’s Decision No. 960 dated April 25; assuring  the continuity of activities held in 2015. The activities are to be feasible, practical and suitable for the disabled and local socio-economic conditions; assuring close cooperation among relevant agencies and organizations, especially agencies and organizations for the disabled in the implementation of the support policy for the disabled. 

 

Besides, the plan also defines specific activities as well as organization of the implementation of the policy for the disabled and some other relevant contents.
