Khanh Hoa Women’s Union in association with Unilever Vietnam Foundation held a cooking contest “Delicious meal, healthy children” on July 6.
The event drew the participation of 20 mothers and children. Each family had 30 minutes to prepare 2 dishes for 2 people. One dish was judged based on nutrition for healthy eyes and the other was kids’ favorite food. Besides, the teams joined a nutrition knowledge exchange and a talk with a famous cook and nutrition expert.
The contest aimed to provide knowledge about food safety and nutrition to improve life quality and help women to keep a sustainable and happy family life. 1 first, 2 second, 2 third and 15 consolidation prizes were awarded. Many gifts were also given to Women’s Union members.
Earlier, the contest had taken place in Cam Nghia Wad, Cam Ranh City; Dien An Commune and Dien Lac Commune in Dien Khanh District.
