Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City – International Education Institute (IEI) in partnership with Southeast Asia Friendship Association, Vietnam - Thailand Friendship Association and Ho Chi Minh City Youth Union has organized the ASEAN Citizens 2016 Contest in celebration of the 49th foundation anniversary of ASEAN (August 8th) and the 40th anniversary of Vietnam - Thailand diplomatic ties.
The contest aims to provide opportunities for promoting English language skills and enhance their understanding of the ASEAN Community. Outstanding constants will be selected to represent Vietnam in educational and cultural exchange programs in Southeast Asia. Topics include geography, economics, society, customs and famous places in ASEAN countries; ASEAN establishment and development; skills to become ASEAN members.
The contest is open to all Vietnamese people aged 16-30. Entries are to be submitted prior to September 10. For more details about the contest, please visit http://www.iei.edu.vn.
