On August 18, Khanh Hoa Steering Board for Tobacco Control held a ceremony to review its first 7 months of 2016 and define direction for the last months of the year.
Since the beginning of 2016, 100% of cadres of departments, agencies and communities, 500 senior citizens and more than 1,000 militia and soldiers in Khanh Hoa have been propagated Tobacco Control Law. 13 courses on creating smoke-free environment have been held.
In the time to come, the Steering Board continues supervising and evaluating the implementation of the Tobacco Control Law in Khanh Hoa; creating a smoke-free working environment, etc.
