Khanh Hoa Newspaper in association with Vietcombank Nha Trang held a ceremony to donate books and uniforms to students at Son Thai Primary School, Khanh Vinh District, Khanh Hoa Province on September 5.

Khanh Hoa Newspaper offered 8 bookcases containing first-grade textbooks, reference books, history books, literature books, picture stories and so on. On this occasion, Vietcombank Nha Trang donated 206 uniforms to the children. The gifts were worth more than VND45 million in total.
In the 2016-2017 school year, Son Thai Primary School has 206 students with 3 first-grade classes, 2 second-grade classes, 2 third-grade classes, 1 fourth-grade class and 1 fifth-grade class.

“The students are all from disadvantaged families and therefore books and uniforms are such valuable gifts for them,” Dinh Nhu Thu, Principal of Son Thai Primary School said, adding that on behalf of the school leaders, he thanked for the support of Khanh Hoa Newspaper and Vietcombank Nha Trang.
