Khanh Hoa Youth Union has just had a plan to organize the 2016 first mass wedding ceremony for needy workers in Khanh Hoa Province.
20 couples are expected to join the event. Besides the wedding celebration, the couples will be provided services related to marriage photos, make-up; wedding cars and rings.
