Martyr Sublieutenant Pham Duc Trung was posthumously conferred the certificate “The fatherland remembers your sacrifice” on December 19. Present at the event were leaders of Air Force Academy together with leaders of Loc Tho Ward, Nha Trang City.

On behalf of the Prime Minister, Colonel Pham Van Dong, Political Deputy Commissar of Air Force Academy granted the decision and the certificate “The fatherland remembers your sacrifice” to the family of Martyr Sublieutenant Pham Duc Trung; and honored his bravery and devotion to the national construction and protection.
The academy leaders also shared the losses and sufferings of Pham Duc Trung’s family and consoled them to get through the grief. Martyr pilot Pham Duc Trung was killed in a military aircraft crash during a training session in Phu Yen Province on August 26.
