International visitors and overseas Vietnamese gathered for New Year celebration held by Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee and Fatherland Front Committee on January 19. Present at the event were Le Thanh Quang, Member of Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tan Tuan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; and Le Duc Vinh, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Provincial People’s Committee Chairman; together with members of Provincial Standing Committee, Standing People’s Council, People’s Committee, leaders of provincial Fatherland Front Committee and agencies and departments.

On behalf of provincial leaders, Le Duc Vinh informed foreign visitors and overseas Vietnamese of provincial socio-economic growth; and appreciated overseas Vietnamese, foreign investors, businesses, international organizations, non-governmental organizations and individuals’ assistance and contribution to the provincial socio-economic development.
Foreign visitors and overseas Vietnamese expressed their interest in the destination of Nha Trang beach city, Khanh Hoa as well as favorable investment conditions provided by local authorities. On this occasion, Provincial People’s Committee granted certificates of merit to 7 groups and 12 individuals for their great contribution to provincial socio-economic growth.
