150 delegates from 21 APEC members economies and international organizations namely the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the World Bank (WB), Asian Development Bank (ADB), Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC) and so on attended the event which takes place on February 23, 24.
APEC 2017 is themed “Creating New Dynamism, Fostering a Shared Future”. Accordingly, Vietnam gives cooperation priorities to promoting extensive and intensive regional economic connectivity; promoting sustainable, creative and inclusive growth; enhancing food security and sustainable agriculture, adapting to climate change; enhancing competitiveness and creativity of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) in the digital era.
