2017 is considered as a year of nationwide business start-up. Successful young people with business start-up models include Mai Quoc Sang, presently Director of Sala Vietnam Company, with organic vegetable cultivation; Nguyen Huu Nghia, Ninh Hoa Town with a mushroom cultivation, etc.

Nguyen Van Nhuan, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Youth Union says to create business start-up opportunities for young people, Khanh Hoa Youth Union has held a young creativeness competition where young participants can show up their business star-up projects and creative ideas. Khanh Hoa Youth Union has connected with businesses to provide capital support for the implementation of feasible projects. Besides, Khanh Hoa Young Businessmen Association under Khanh Hoa Youth Federation has founded a business start-up fund worth hundreds of millions of dongs to finance feasible projects.
One of the key tasks of Khanh Hoa Youth Federation in 2017 is the implementation of the “Business start-up program, period 2016-2021”, focusing on providing business start-up training for young people and students; and business start-up support; organizing initiative fairs for young people and so on.
Beneficiaries include students with business start-up initiatives; rural young people with projects in creative sectors and technological application in agriculture; and young businessmen with corporate management and international integration skills.
According to Nguyen Van Nhuan, Khanh Hoa Youth Union has made a scheme based on actual situations to found a support center which is in charge of providing assistance for the youth, especially in business start-up. Accordingly, one of the focuses is drawing business start-up initiatives of young people and young businessmen in Khanh Hoa Province. Feasible projects will be chosen for development support from the center in cooperation with businesses.
The scheme content has been approved at the working session with Khanh Hoa Party Committee. “The conclusion of Khanh Hoa Party Committee is awaiting so that we can work with Khanh Hoa People's Committee for development this year. With the concern and support, young people will get a huge boost to get their businesses off the ground, I hope,” says Nguyen Van Nhuan.
