Van Ninh District People’s Committee launched the 2017 tree–planting campaign in memory of Uncle Ho on February 2.
At the launching ceremony, leaders of Van Ninh District People’s Committee called all local agencies and people to join hands in planting and protecting trees in order to preserve the environment and create green space, contributing to building new rural areas and civic culture. Trees were planted in flower-gardens in Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Van Gia Town.
Communes and the town of the district also launched the tree-planting campaign in their neighborhoods.
