Addressing the opening ceremony, Permanent Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, APEC 2017 SOM Chair Bui Thanh Son affirmed that enhancing connectivity would contribute to facilitating economic growth; promoting intensive regional economic connectivity and bringing APEC economies to get closer.
