Accordingly, the association will send Japanese language experts, provide curricula, assessment methods; provide annual scholarships for a student and a lecturer learning Japanese language in Japan; and organize JLAN tests at Nha Trang University and other cultural exchange activities.

The experts will get paid by Nha Trang University like other lectures. The second foreign language class is expected to be included in the course 58 for foreign language students. Besides, the university plans to open a part-time Japanese language class and send lecturers to study Japanese. The first Japanese language class opened on March 15.

Reportedly, Japanese is the fifth foreign language ever taught at Nha Trang university. Others are English, Russian, Chinese and French.
