Khanh Hoa Province won 4 prizes, including 1 second, 1 third and 2 consolation prizes in the National Scientific & Technical Contest for high school students in southern provinces, academic year 2016-2017.
Specifically, the second prize went to a mango-making machine by students at Ngo Gia Tu High School, Cam Ranh City; third prize went to an automatic vegetable cultivation box project by students at Le Quy Don Gifted School, Nha Trang City; consolation prizes went to a project on drug control and prevention at school by students at Ngo Gia Tu High School, Cam Ranh City; and a smart traffic system project for the disabled by students at Hoang Hoa Tham High School, Dien Khanh District.
The contest was held by the Ministry of Education & Training in Ba Ria – Vung Tau on March 13-16 with the participation of 34 teams with 217 projects in 22 sectors.
