Khanh Hoa Department of Education & Training held a closing ceremony for 2016 – 2017 Khanh Hoa Oratorical Contest for Teachers of English on March 16.

The contestants competed in eloquence on topics presented through images and videos and answer to the panel of examiners’ questions. Many contestants showed their proficiency in listening and speaking skills.
30 certificates of merit were given. 2 first prizes went to Bui Thi Thu Trang (Phan Sao Nam Junior High School) and Nguyen Thien Bao (Le Quy Don Gifted High School), Nha Trang City. 3 second, 7 third and 18 consolation prizes were awarded.
