Khanh Hoa Interdisciplinary Steering Board for Food Safety in cooperation with Dien Khanh District held a launching ceremony for the Action Month for Food Safety 2017 on April 17.
The Action Month for Food Safety 2017 themed “Safe production, trade and consumption of fresh vegetables and meat; alcohol control and alcohol poisoning prevention." The ceremony was followed by propaganda cars running along main streets and markets in Dien Khanh to raise public awareness of the Action Month for Food Safety scheduled to take place on April 15 – May 15.
During the action month, Khanh Hoa Interdisciplinary Steering Board for Food Safety will focus on management of food safety in 8 districts and towns, and carry out food safety inspection at 30 food production, processing and businesses in Khanh Hoa Province.
