This new interactive information channel between the Government and the citizens is designed to actualize the Government and the Prime Minister’s determination to develop an innovative Government to serve citizens.
The website directed by Minister, Director of the Government’s Office Mai Tien Dung is accessible on internet access computers and mobile devices, allowing citizens to send, track their opinions and receive responses from the Government. The authorities receive and respond to the feedback and take proposals and initiatives into consideration in order to improve the national administrative system.
