The rapid development together with modern construction and luxury resorts has made Nha Trang City to become one of the most developed city in the Central Region and Highland. Phuc Son Corporation has seized the opportunity to invest VND10,000 billion to build the Vietnam's most liveable complex in former Nha Trang Airport location.

Khanh Hoa People’s Committee has approved Phuc Son Corporation’s investment in Nha Trang Urban Trade, Service, Finance & Tourism Center. 62.89ha subdivisions 2A, 2 and 3 are planned for a modern urban area in a variety of housing categories, satisfying specific needs of 11,000 people. 16.7ha is expected to be for new houses; 34ha for traffic and parking plots; and more than 5ha for parks and public works. The complex of constructions, facilities, relaxation tourism and trade promises to bring big profits to investors as well as create an attractive and thriving city, according to Phuc Son Corporation leader.
The complex is considered as a miniature of Nha Trang City with 6 big trade centers, each with 30-40 storeys, offices for lease, villas, parks, schools, 35-66m - wide streets and trade and service centers, marking this place a modern urban center of culture and tourism in Khanh Hoa. Phuc Son Corporation has leveled the ground and built infrastructures. The work on sewerage, green space and a pedestrian area has been completed. A trade center, villas and terraced houses are under construction.
According to the leader of Khanh Hoa Department of Construction, in recent years, Nha Trang has become an attractive destination for many investors, especially in real estate. Khanh Hoa People’s Committee has assigned Phuc Son Corporation to invest in the BT project on Nha Trang Urban Trade, Service, Finance & Tourism Center. 2 reciprocal projects include ring roads with a total capital of VND1,180 billion and Ngoc Hoi traffic junction with a total capital of VND1,300 billion.
The international standard urban center complex is expected to contribute to adding great attraction to Nha Trang City and making it the most liveable place in Vietnam. The complex is currently attractive to many potential investors.
