Khanh Hoa People’s Committee has just approved a detailed planning 1/500 of Hung Thinh Residential Area project located in Vo Cang Village, Vinh Trung Commune, Nha Trang City. The investor is negotiating, making compensation and site clearance for the start of the project.
According to the business certificate, Hung Thinh Residential Area project is invested by Hung Viet Phat Investment Company. The 28.8ha project has a total capital of VND100 billion. The project aims to invest in infrastructures, connecting existing urban areas and residential areas. The construction of the residential area in Vo Cang Village is expected to reduce the residential land need pressure in Nha Trang City center as well as provide comfortable and modern accommodation for locals.
