The Ministry of Health and Vietnam Initiatives Center at Indiana University have just had a meeting to pilot a patient satisfaction telephone survey.
From December 2016 to March 2017, the Ministry of Health conducted the survey and collected over 56,000 survey notes from inpatients and another 48,000 from outpatients.
The initiative aims to collect patients' ideas and suggestions, helping hospitals to improve their quality and service.
