Khanh Hoa Sponsoring Association for the Disabled, Orphans & Poor Patients has just handed VND24m aid over to families with members killed or injured in an explosion in Ta Luong Village, To Hap Town, Khanh Son District, says Dr. Truong Tan Minh, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Public Health Association, Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Sponsoring Association for the Disabled, Orphans & Poor Patients.

Earlier, the association has called for and received much donation from individuals. Reportedly, a big explosion occurred in Ta Luong Village on August 18, killing 6 and injuring 1. An initial report from the authority has revealed the explosion occurred when a group of people were trying to cut an unexploded bomb left over from the war.
