A report by Khanh Hoa Department of Construction shows 17 housing projects expected to be built in the future are available for sale. They include Tac riverside urban area, Vinh Diem Trung urban area, VCN Phuoc Hai urban area, VCN Phuoc Long urban area, Giang Hong Villa area, package 2,4,5 of My Gia urban area, Phu Nong residential area, HQC Apartment Building, P.H Social Apartment Building, Nha Trang Railway Apartment Building, Maple Hotel & Apartment (Ton Dan Street), Gold Coast Building, Hoang Phu Luxury housing area, K98-NT Military Families’ housing area and Southern Vinh Hai residential area.
The real estate market has regained recovery with many projects underway. However, some projects are still behind schedule due to investors’ poor performance, lack of financial capacity, limited lawful knowledge, etc, hindering the real estate market recovery in Nha Trang, according to the leader of Khanh Hoa Department of Construction.
