On September 26, Khanh Hoa Fatherland Front launched a subscription ceremony to help flood victims in central provinces. At the ceremony, Tran Ngoc Thanh, Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Fatherland Front Committee called all staff in the Fatherland Front & Organization Bloc, all people, religious institutions, businesses and benefactors inside and outside Khanh Hoa Province to join flood relief effort.


All support is respectfully sent to Khanh Hoa Provincial Fatherland Front Committee at 2 Ngo Quyen, Xuong Huan Ward, Nha Trang City or via the account 37610906630791999 at Khanh Hoa Sate Bank of Vietnam from now to October 17.

After the launching ceremony, staff in the Fatherland Front & Organization Bloc, 12 banking units and 10 enterprises in Khanh Hoa donated more than VND100 million. Earlier, Khanh Hoa Fatherland Front had sent over VND800 million in support of residents in the flood-hit provinces of Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh and Quang Tri.


The Doksuri typhoon, which killed many people and injured more than 200 others; damaged and caused nearly 200,000 houses to collapse, is estimated to leave VND11 trillion damage in the 4 provinces.
