The construction of Phu Dong Park, 2nd phase, is being sped up to meet the deadline scheduled in late October.
According to the detailed planning, scale 1/500 of Phu Dong Park approved by Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, many works for business purposes shown in a former planning have been changed to reach the target of a green park connected with a tourism venue.
Khanh Hoa Department of Construction issued a license for the construction of Phu Dong Park, 2nd phase on August 14. Accordingly, the zone 1 and zone 2, 24.599m2, include 4 constructions, namely a 50.3m2 restaurant, an outdoor stage, 13 lighted flower trellis, beach huts; traditional beer service, vegetation and a walking lane.
Phu Dong Park, 2nd phase, is mainly for public services with limited business purposes. The construction is being accelerated to finish within the scheduled time. The work on the swimming pools has been completed and put into service. The use of swimming pools is free of change and bathers and revellers just have to pay for their food and drink. The company is also seeking for partners to organize and stage performances which are expected to introduce Vietnamese culture to international visitors and Russian culture to locals, according to Ilya Furman, CEO of Invest Park Nha Trang Company.

Phu Dong Park, 2nd phase, is expected to basically finish on October 31. After that, the company will continue with other completion works and put the construction into service before the New Year 2018. "Khanh Hoa People’s Committee has basically approved the design solution and the construction is expected to complete soon to serve both local residents and tourists, contributing to promoting Nha Trang tourism. I have worked with the Embassy of the Russian Federation in Vietnam and a Vietnamese and Russian culture exchange program is expected to kick off on the occasion of the coming New Year 2018," says Ilya Furman.
Khanh Hoa People’s Committee has assigned Invest Park Nha Trang Limited Company to develop Phu Dong Park project since 2014. After that, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has asked the company to adjust the design to increase public areas and reduce construction and service business areas. After several meetings, at the end of 2016, Le Duc Vinh, Provincial People’s Committee Chairman approved assigning Khanh Hoa Construction & Architecture Consulting Joint Stock Company to complete the design planning to be handed over to the investor for development.
