At present, the company has 150 female employees, accounting for 13.5% of the total staff. 122 female staff were recognized to successfully fulfill their tasks at work and at home. 28 were graded excellent.
146 female employees were graded good labor. The company awarded certificates of merit to 59 female employees. 10 female staff received certificates of merit by the Prime Minister and the Ministry of Industry & Trade and won the provincial emulation title. Besides, the company commended and awarded 10 excellent female groups and 28 individuals.
