According to the Southern Regional Hydrometeorological, the Storm No.12 called Damrey is forecast to land around 4 am – 7 am on November 4. Khanh Hoa Province is forecast to the main place suffering the storm. Damrey is judged as the strongest storm in Khanh Hoa Province and the Southern Central region during the past 20 years.
Moreover, due to the influence of cold air, rains after the storm will be heavy from November 3 to 7 with the rainfall of 500 – 1,000mm. Khanh Hoa is forecast to face with rains and flooding in many places in the coming days.
