On early Sunday morning of November 19, Storm Kirogi, which is forecast to hit the south-central provinces from Khanh Hoa to Binh Thuan has weakened into a tropical depression.
At 4 a.m. on November 19, the tropical depression was at 11.2 °N and 110.9°W off the coast of the provinces from Khanh Hoa to Ninh Thuan.
Over the next 12 hours, the tropical depression will move west at 20 kph to the coast of Khanh Hoa-Binh Thuan coast with gust force expected at level 6-8.
At 4p.m on November 19, the tropical depression will be at 11.4 °N and 108.2 °W over the coast of Khanh Hoa – Ninh Thuan- Binh Thuan and Lam Dong with wind speeds of 40-50 kph and the gust expected at level 6-8.
