On November 26, a delegation of Binh Tan District People’s Committee, Ho Chi Minh City led by Le Van Bay, Chairman of Binh Tan District Fatherland Front Committee paid a visit and offered VND500 million to people suffering from severe damage caused by Typhoon Damrey in Dien Khanh District, Khanh Hoa Province.
