Khanh Hoa Provincial Women Union opened the “food safety – our responsibility” workshop on December 1 with the participation of Khanh Hoa Agro-Forestry-Fisheries Quality Assurance Department, Khanh Hoa Plant Production & Protection Department and their members.
The department has certified 20 safe product businesses trading in vegetables, meat, steamed pork rolls, steamed pork rolls; cooperated with relevant agencies to successful provide consultancy and support for building 3 VietGAP safe food chain models to keep the safe food business going forward and protect consumers.
More State management over food safety is required to assure and improve boost food quality and safety in the time to come, according to the discussion and agreement reached at the workshop.
