On December 9, nearly 40 amateur and professional photographers of Help-Portrait Nha Trang, a free photo taking program, took photos of children in need at Cau Ba Primary School, Da Trang Village, Cau Ba Commune, Khanh Vinh District. 500 photos were taken and delivered to the children.
Reportedly, Help-Portrait is a global community of photographers committed to finding people in need, taking their photos, printing their photos and then delivering them for free of charge. The event takes place on the first week of December each year. Help-Portrait initiated in Vietnam in 2010 and in Khanh Hoa in 2013.
Help-Portrait 2017 themed “Smile diary” was launched in 15 cities and provinces nationwide with the participation of more than 1,200 volunteers and thousands of photos were taken and delivered to those in need.
