Leaders of the Party Committees, People’s Councils, People’s Committees, Fatherland Front Committees and Military Headquarters in Khanh Hoa Province and Nha Trang City laid wreaths at Hon Dung Martyr Cemetery, Nha Trang City on December 22 on the occasion of the 73rd anniversary of the Vietnam People’s Army Day (December 22, 1944 - 2017) and 28th anniversary of All People’s Defense Day (December 22, 1989 – 2017).
