The Ministry of Education of Education & Training announced the 2018 National Excellent Student Contest winners on January 30.
Accordingly, Khanh Hoa Province has 20 prizes, including 2 second prizes in French and literature (2 students from Nguyen Van Troi and Le Quy Don Gifted High School, Nha Trang City); 9 third prizes in physics, biology, chemistry and English; and 9 consolidation prizes in physics, chemistry, literature, computer science and English. Le Quy Don Gifted High School has 18 prize-winners. Ly Tu Trong High School and Nguyen Van Troi High School have 1 prize-winner each.
Reportedly, 64 contestants in Khanh Hoa competed in the National Excellent Student Contest 2018 in 10 subjects, including mathematics, computer science, physics, chemistry, biology, literature, history, geography (8 contestants/ subject), English and French (6 contestants/ subject).
Khanh Hoa won 15 prizes, including 5 third prizes and 10 consolidation prizes in the National Excellent Student Contest 2017.
