A mission led by Khudoleev Aleksandr, Deputy Minister of Emergency Situations of Belarus paid visit and delivered relief to residents severely hit by Typhoon Damrey in Ninh Ich Commune, Ninh Hoa Town on January 22.
 
100 cans of beef and 50 packets of oat seeds and 50 packets of wheat seeds and 200 cartons of powder milk for kids were donated to Ninh Ich Commune. The aid was included in the 40 tons of humanitarian relief donated to the 3 typhoon-stricken provinces of Khanh Hoa, Phu Yen and Quang Nam in Vietnam.After that, the mission visited Vo Thi Sau Junior High School and the commune medical station which suffered severe damages in the natural disaster.
 
According to Le Ba Thuan, Vice-Chairman of Ninh Hoa Town People’s Committee, damaged houses and schools were being repaired or reconstructed. The construction has completed by 90%. Local medical stations have been repaired, assuring initial check-up and treatment for locals.
