The National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa Province held a house handover ceremony for families made homeless by Typhoon Damrey in Van Phu Commune, Van Ninh District on February 1. Present at the event was Le Xuan Than, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa Province, Vice-Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council.
2 houses were handed over to Huynh Thi Mung, Phu Cang 2 Nam Village and Vo Van Phuc, Tan Phu Village. The National Assembly Delegation funded VND50 million/ house.
Reportedly, after the devastating typhoon, the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa Province had mobilized some enterprises to provide house reconstruction aid for 18 families, including 7 in van Ninh District, 9 in Ninh Hoa Town and 2 in Dien Khanh District, Khanh Hoa Province. The relief aid was worth VND900 million in total.
