Activities in response to International Day of Happiness

Many activities in response to the 2018 International Day of Happiness (March 20) themed “Love and Share" have been held in Vietnam. Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture & Sports has provided consultancy for Khanh Hoa People’s Committee to issue documents to direct agencies, departments, organizations and localities to effectively organize various activities to respond to the International Day of Happiness, says Le Van Hoa, Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture & Sports.

 

 

Typical activities include propaganda on building a happy and healthy family; setting good examples of building happy families and communities; criticizing family violence, etc. via mass media; providing support for disadvantaged individuals, families and communities; commending and awarding outstanding families on building happy and healthy familíe, etc. In addition, a music show themed “Love and Share" is designed to praise patriotism and increase awareness of happiness in life.
