On April 22, Cam Ranh Border Defense Station held a ceremony to launch the 2018 Coastal Clean-up Campaign initiated by the Border Defense Headquarter. After the launching ceremony, cadres and soldiers of Cam Ranh Border Defense Station and Border Defense Training Center together with Youth Union members and young people in Cam Loi Ward Youth Union, Ba Ngoi, Cam Ranh City joined clean-up effort on the beach.
On the same day, 50 cadres, Youth Union members and young people of Nha Trang Port Checkpoint Border Station, Naval Group 2, the Youth Unions of Vinh Truong Ward, Vinh Nguyen and Vinh Nguyen Nursery School, Nha Trang City collected and removed more than 2 tons of trash from the beach on Tran Phu Street and at Bach Dang Park.
