On May 24, Le Duc Vinh, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee Chairman received Shinichi Asazuma, Japanese Envoy at the Japanese Embassy in Vietnam on the occasion of a Japanese mission’s joining the PP18.
Le Duc Vinh expressed his hope that Shinichi Asazuma would provide a link for Japanese businesses to invest in Khanh Hoa in such sectors as tourism, aquaculture, seafood processing, etc.

Shinichi Asazuma thanked for provincial leaders’ warm welcome and favorable conditions provided for Japanese residents living and working in Khanh Hoa. He also agreed with the provincial leader about the sectors in which Khanh Hoa and Japan can cooperate in the time to come and suggested opening an additional direct flight from Khanh Hoa to some cities and provinces in Japan and vice versa.
Reportedly, in Khanh Hoa, there are 6 projects of Japanese investors such as Saigon Pearls Company, Yamato foods Vietnam Company, Fujiura Nha Trang Company, Anh Dao Food Company, Taisho Vietnam Company and Yasaka Saigon Nha Trang, Company.
