On May 22, Nha Trang Hermann Gmeiner School celebrated the 15th anniversary of its foundation and held a closing ceremony for the academic year 2017-2018. Present at the event was Phan Thong, Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa People’s Council.
At present, the school has more than 740 students from primary to high school levels. Since 2002-2003 school year, over 120 students have been recognized excellent at city and province levels. The school has remained the high school graduation rate of 95 - 100% annually.
The school was awarded the third-ranking medal of labor in 2013; and recognized as an excellent collective for 12 consecutive years by Khanh Hoa People’s Committee. 3 teachers won prizes in the provincial teaching contest, and many students won awards in contests in the 2017-2018 school year.

On this occasion, 5 individuals were awarded certificates of merit by the Ministry of Education & Training for their achievement in the contribution to the school construction and development; 1 individual received a certificates of merit by the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids & Social Affairs for the great contribution to the child education, period 2012-2017.
