The marine environmental education curriculum held by Nha Trang Bay Management Board and the Education sector has been developed at 16 primary schools and junior high schools in coastal areas so far, according to the leader of Nha Trang Bay Management Board.
The curriculum is designed to raise public awareness of protecting the environment in general and marine environment in particular. Nha Trang Bay Management Board has mobilized businesses to provide additional materials, paintings and other school facilities to support the education.
The curriculum is expected to be expanded mainly among the fourth-graders and the eight-graders throughout the city.
