Indian Consul General visits Khanh Hoa

Nguyen Dac Tai, Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee received K. Srikar Reddy, Indian Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City on July 6.

 

Nguyen Dac Tai highly valued the foreign relation between Khanh Hoa and India. In the recent 10 years, Indian foreign relation missions have paid several working visits to Khanh Hoa. The trade relation between Khanh Hoa with Indian partners has increased by 10-12%. Especially, the relation between the two naval forces has been enhanced through the exchange of lectures and teaching facility support. India has also offered many scholarships for Vietnamese students in Khanh Hoa.

 

 

 

The Indian Consul General expressed the hope to strengthen the cooperation with Vietnam in general and Khanh Hoa in particular in such sectors as information technology, renewable energy, seafood processing and tourism; and promised to make every effort to boost the tourism cooperation relation between the two partners.
