Khanh Hoa Online Public Service Center is designed to provide convenient, efficient, effective, “one-stop” services to individuals and organizations.
Khanh Hoa Online Public Service Center is to provide seamless access to the full range of government services and conveniences online by means of modern technology and other innovated means at level 3 and 4 via the only IP address, according to Bui Vu Vinh, Head of the Information Technology Office, Khanh Hoa Department of Information & Communications.
Besides, individuals and organizations can give comments and get replies to their queries from the government. The system is supported via chatbox or offline that can allow direct transaction with the one-door unit.
Khanh Hoa Online Center for Information Technology & Public Service is reorganized from the Center for Information Technology & Communications (Khanh Hoa Department of Information & Communications). It is in charge of maintaining the management and operation of all the functions and services of Khanh Hoa Online Public Service Center, including the portal of Khanh Hoa Online Public Service Center, the online one-door unit and the electronic one-door software.
Administrative agencies will also benefit from the great conveniences of Khanh Hoa Online Public Service Center, which helps save time taken on distractive procedures and improve efficiency of public services. The domain hanhchinhcong.khanhhoa.gov.vn of Khanh Hoa Online Public Service Center has been submitted to Khanh Hoa People’s Committee for approval, Bui Vu Vinh noted.
At present, the main modules of the center have been basically formed and under a trial run. The connection has basically met the requirements of the system architecture. The project Steering Committee regularly coordinates with the contractor, Pyramid Software & Consulting Company (PSC), to assess the functions, interfaces and conveniences; and get comments on features, functions, interfaces, utilities to serve users and customers online in the future and improve management, operation, training and use instructions.
When the center officially opens, the components, including Khanh Hoa Online Public Service Center, online one-door software and 4 database modules (administrative procedures, users, customers, and administrative procedure results) will be also officially operational. The province will gradually remove former applications and data; re-evaluate the system and reorganize it in accordance with the provincial e-government architecture, ensuring availability at all three administrative levels before the provincial People's Committee officially puts the center into operation; At the same time, investment in capacity and technology will continue to meet increasing demand in each period to ensure smooth, stable and safe public services.
