On July 24, Le Duc Vinh, Provincial People’s Committee Chairman led a provincial mission to visit outstanding policy beneficiaries in Khanh Vinh District on the occasion of the 71st anniversary of the War Invalids and Martyrs' Day.
The mission offered gifts worth VND1 million each to 10 families of 7 war invalids named Cao La Tan, Cao Dien (Khanh Thanh), Cao A Sang, La Danh Truong, Cao Van A (Khanh Binh), Tran Thi Tang (Song Cau), Ha Lanh (Cau Ba) and 3 martyrs' relatives.
