Nguyen Dac Tai, Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee had talks with Baloghdi Tibor, Hungarian Consul General in Ho Chi Minh City on October 15.
At the meeting, Nguyen Dac Tai introduced about the province’s socio-economic highlights and expressed the hope to boost the cooperation relation between the two sides, especially in tourism, labor training, cultural exchange and so on.

Baloghdi Tibor noted Hungary Government offers 200 full scholarships to Vietnamese students every year and hoped that students in Khanh Hoa can access to the study grants. After the trip, specific cooperation content will be considered, starting with cultural exchange in 2019.
Reportedly, no cooperation project between Khanh Hoa and Hungary has been developed so far. Trade relations between the two sides are quite moderate and the import-export turnover of the province to the Hungary market is not remarkable. Khanh Hoa's exports to Hungary are mainly seafood.
