On November 3, Khanh Hoa Union of Friendship Organizations held an exchange program on the occasion of the 65th Cambodia Independence Day (November 9, 1953-2018). More than 100 Cambodian military Cambodia officers and students at the Telecommunications University, Air Force Academy and Navy Academy attended the event.
The delegates reviewed the traditional relationship between the two governments and their peoples who have overcome challenges and difficulties to give mutual support and valuable help for the cause of national independence and prosperity. Every year, Khanh Hoa Province welcomes nearly 100 Cambodian students at military schools in the province.

On this occasion, Khanh Hoa Union of Friendship Organizations awarded groups with remarkable contribution to the strengthening and development of the friendly relationship between Vietnam and Cambodia. Besides, 4 outstanding Cambodian students were honored.
