Khanh Hoa Union of Friendship Organizations held an exchange program on December 1 to mark the 43rd anniversary of Lao National Day. Present at the event were Nguyen Tan Tuan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; leaders of local agencies and departments; together with Lao students in Khanh Hoa.
Speaking at the ceremony, Nguyen Tan Tuan, on behalf provincial leaders, conveyed Lao National Independence Day congratulations and highlighted achievements Lao people had gained for the last 43 years. He also expressed the hope the traditional friendship of the 2 Parties, States and people of the two countries, Vietnam and Laos in general; and Khanh Hoa and Champasak and Attapu in particular, would be further strengthened.

At the meeting, baseball awards were given to 4 teams, including 3 Lao students’ teams from the Communications University, Nha Trang University and 1 Vietnamese students’ team from the Communications University.
