The National Road QL27C over Khanh Le – Lam Dong Pass reopened to traffic on January 1 after urgent landslide clean-up and repair effort, reported Nguyen Duc Hung, Chief of Khanh Vinh Road Management Division.
Earlier, severe rockfall and landslide with thousands of cubic meters of rock, mud and fallen trees, following heavy rain had blocked the National Road 27C in many sections, including Km44+600, Km44+630, Km44+700, Km44+720, Km49+330, Km57+800, Km61+300, Km58+400, Km58+900 and Km61+300. A temporary road closure notice had been given to assure traffic safety.
