The 2019 see-off ceremonies for newly-recruited soldiers have just held in Khanh Hoa Province today on February 20. Present at the event in Nha Trang City was Nguyen Tan Tuan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council.
Early this morning, thousands of people with flowers and flags from wards and communes headed to 19-8 Stadium in Nha Trang City to attend the ceremony. All the recruits were eager and proud to join the army for national defense.
