Khanh Hoa People’s Committee has just issued a document to assign the Management Board of Projects on Agriculture & Rural Development to be the investor of the project on planting trees in the medians of Vo Nguyen Giap Street to match with the technical system and standards of the street.
The board will build an investment plan, collect ideas and suggestions from relevant agencies before sending the plan to Khanh Hoa Department of planning & Investment for assessment in terms of financial balance. The fully worked-out plan will be submitted to Khanh Hoa People’s Committee for consideration.
Reportedly, the funding for the project is from the budget and other legal sources of revenue, including street advertising.
