Khanh Hoa Department of Education & Training has just issued a document to guide Divisions of Education & Training of districts and towns to launch the safety helmet offer program 2019.
Accordingly, first-graders in Khanh Hoa will receive safety helmets at the school year opening ceremony of primary schools. The program aims to deliver safety messages of wearing helmets such as “Children are obliged to wear helmets when on eclectic bikes, motorbikes or cars”. Parents’ responsibility of ensuring their children wear helmets” and “Helmet use is for your safety”.
Reportedly, the program is sponsored by Honda Vietnam.
