The Communications University in association with Khanh Hoa Red Cross and Khanh Hoa Center for Blood Transfusion & Hematology held a blood donation day on June 8.
More than 550 students and staff of the university donated 500 units of blood. Reportedly, the Communications University has joined the campaign since 2017. Annually, the university cooperates with Khanh Hoa Red Cross to organize 2 blood donation drives with 350 -500 units of blood collected.
Since the beginning of this year, 25 blood donation drives have been held in Khanh Hoa with nearly 8,000 units of blood donated. In June alone, 7 blood donation drives with are expected to be held by Khanh Hoa Red Cross together with many other units in Khanh Hoa, collecting estimated 1,500 units of blood.
